e-Library:
Launched in 1999, e-Library holds an extensive collection of research literature in economics and social sciences, including more than 25,000 working papers from some of the leading archives in Europe, North America and CIS. The Library also provides access to the JSTOR collection of more than 200 leading social sciences and humanities journals. Full-text access is free, but requires registration.

The library provides full-text access to a large collection of working papers in economics (more than 25,000 titles) from some of the leading archives in North America (NBER, WDI), Europe (CEPR), and CIS (EERC, NES, CEFIR). A user-friendly interface allows to search/browse the working paper catalog by keywords and JEL codes.

EERC publications bring to you the best research and policy analysis by CIS researchers, as well as highlights of cutting edge economics research focusing on transition affairs.

Working papers and e-prints
Reviewed by a distinguished board of international advisors, the bilingual series of EERC Working Papers and E-prints present the results of the best research projects undertaken by EERC network members. More than 200 full-text papers are available in electronic format. Browse/Search

Policy briefs
Launched in 2004, the Policy Brief Series aims to bridge the gap between academic research and policymaking in the CIS by building the capacity of researchers to extract and deliver policy recommendations arising from research. Browse/Search

Newsletters
Jointly published by EERC, NES and CEFIR, “Economics Research and Education: Russia & CIS” newsletter provides regular updates on research and training activities of these partner organizations as well as highlights of research and policy analysis on selected topics. Browse/Search

e-Library registration

Network members are allowed free and unlimited access to all e-Library resources. To receive an annual Library Pass, network members have to go through a simple registration procedure. Registration must be renewed every year. To register.>>
