Launched in 1999, e-Library holds an extensive collection of research literature in economics and social sciences, including more than 25,000 working papers from some of the leading archives in Europe, North America and CIS. The Library also provides access to the JSTOR collection of more than 200 leading social sciences and humanities journals. Full-text access is free, but requires registration.

The library provides full-text access to a large collection of working papers in economics (more than 25,000 titles) from some of the leading archives in North America (NBER, WDI), Europe (CEPR), and CIS (EERC, NES, CEFIR). A user-friendly interface allows to search/browse the working paper catalog by keywords and JEL codes.

Network members are allowed free and unlimited access to all e-Library resources. To receive an annual Library Pass, network members have to go through a simple registration procedure. Registration must be renewed every year. To register.>>
